Rob brings 20 years of executive experience in a variety of roles including Sales, Engineering, Business Development, and Operations with companies such as McDonnell Douglas, Tektronix, TrueSecure, and Reed Business Information. He has worked with professional services, technology, telecommunication, e-business, manufacturing, power generation, government, and military throughout North America, Europe, and Latin America.

Roger's mathematics degree from Georgia Tech prepared him for the engineering and design work that is involved with monitor and control. He has worked for Crystal as engineer, programmer, and manager since graduating in 1993.

Joe brings his experience and knowledge to Crystal from RSI and Industrial Logic Corporation. He has developed his skills in support by working with customers such as CBS, Reuters, MTV/Viacom, CNN, and many others. Joe served in the military for 12 years.
