Device Drivers

Device drivers are modules of software that control a particular model of equipment, such as a Vertex 7200 antenna or a Leitch clock. Each model has a set of features that can be controlled remotely through its own "language," which is described in that model's protocol. We use this protocol to write a device driver that "talks" to that model. Often a driver will communicate exactly the same to several models that are very similar to each other.

We've been selling monitor and control systems for so long that we have an extensive library of device drivers already written. Access our driver library.

Because many potential customers like to know that we've controlled something similar to their own equipment before, we've provided the following list of manufacturers whose equipment we've controlled for other systems. Keep in mind that we can control virtually all equipment in a broadcasting environment.
