Free Support

Crystal provides 90 days of free support beginning upon the customer's acceptance of the system. Errors (or bugs) will be fixed free of charge throughout the life of your CrystalVision system. See our warranty for definitions of support, customer acceptance, and software errors.

 

With a Support Plan

At any time you can purchase one of our three annual support plans (with the exception of the Platinum Plan, which must be purchased within 180 days of installation).  These plans provide support for problems that are not software errors, screen configuration changes, and special pricing for new drivers and on-site services.

If you have a support plan that provides it, call our 24/7 customer support hotline; you should have received this phone number when you purchased the plan.

 

Without a Support Plan

If you do not have a support plan and you need support, you may still contact us. Software errors are fixed free of charge. But keep in mind that if the problem is determined to NOT be a software error, you will be charged an hourly rate for the support.

1.  Check your on-line help or user guide first

2.  Scan thefrequently asked questions on this web site

3.  Contact us in one of the following ways:

     a.   E-mail us at Support e-mail

     b.   Send us an incident form

     c.   Call us and select the support department's extension

If you are interested in making your own screen configuration changes, you may want to purchase our configuration package.

If you are interested in adding devices, enhancements or options to your system, or if you wish to upgrade, please contact our sales department.
