
When equipment breaks the first place it is noticed is on the network management and control system. When a customer has ongoing service, then Crystal can work with the customer to isolate the cause of a problem and make any required modification to provide an interim or permanent solution. Crystal is able to maintain working backups of systems for customers with ongoing service. This allows for quick recovering in the event of a catastrophic system failure.
